Kit for auto photography for products?

Hey there,

I wanted to ask if there was a specific product users could suggest for taking automated photos of small products for use with Reality Capture? Shoes, etc

Would something like Folio360 work well for a general easy setup that can then be used for Reality Capture?

Or would you suggest another method? I’m looking for the most reliable and accurate results so after the best possible solution?

Hi Dean,

it depends, if you want also model the bottom of the shoe. There are some approaches, where the shoe is hanged on some kind of a hook to capture it from all sides.

But as a basic for photogrammetry it is good to have good camera, diffuse light and possibility to capture a wanted object from all sides.

I think that table would work for its purposes.
