Keep objects spawned in game

Hey,

Currently I was to create a mesh network with “cables” inbetween nodes.
The nodes will be spheres, and the cables either, Cableactors or Cyllinders.
Now the quickest way to create such a network would be from the game itself instead of dragging and clicking and editting in the editor.

Is there a way to save the spawned actors int the live play ?
