Jagged weird effect from far away when meshes are too close together

Make a system for a wooden log wall. Each log in separate. Did this to handle slopes, but I get a bad effect.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Use LODs that aren’t multiple meshes at a distance.

I can’t think of a way to do this on sloped terrain though without having multiple meshes at different angles. I may have to though… Would prefer to fix the issue if at all possible
