I unzipped the Automation folder from the zipped Unreal archive and placed it in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_5.3\Engine\Binaries\DotNET
The problem occurs when attempting to clean and recompile the game to run the editor, as the IDE clears some files in this folder.
I suggest to keep a backup of your current Unreal Engine for future uses (Like this issue here)
This note serves as a reminder for me as well.
