IS there an "Apply Texture to all brushes chosen" shortcut?

Is there a way to paint all surfaces of a material with a key/command shortcut? Texturising meshes & brushes seems to be very tedious if there isnt and they are reasonably detailed. Imgur: The magic of the Internet
