Specifically, I want to read in a CSV file with time sliced data and apply this to a distribution for various things like particle effects and animations.
I see FComposableDistribution in the docs, but that does not seem to be editable, it simply lets to generate a distribution you can sample.
PS: The word distribution has way too many other, more common meanings to be usefully searched for
