Is there a way of creating Procedurally generate assets?

Is there or will there be a way of creating Procedurally assets within level. Similar to UDK as shown here UDK | ProceduralBuildings

Currently there that functionality isn’t there. You would be able to replicate it though in a blueprint. I’ll talk to the team and see if there is a particular reason that was removed.
