Is there a way for APEX Cloth physx to work in ADK?

Topic says it all. I see the clothing tab at the bottom of the skeletal mesh details list, but there are zero elements and new elements cannot be added. Does this mean no cloth physics can be added to skeletal meshes in the kit? I downloaded the APEX clothing 1.3 stand alone app (Figured I needed the older version to work with UE4.5 ADK) and the physx files show up in the ADK, but I can’t do anything with them.
