Is there a difference in Unreal when one skeletal mesh is composed of 'one object, two elements' in the DCC Tool, and this is composed of 'two objects' each?

My question is the same as the title.

It is a question of whether there is a difference in the engine
when one skeletal mesh is skinned and imported as an object composed of two elements in the DCC tool
and when the above two elements are composed of one object each.

I will create a Physics Body through this Skeletal Mesh and test the Vertex Simulation with NV Cloth.
