Is it the build size still matter in mobile game industry?

I am a newbie in game development.

I tried both Unity and UE4, and I really like UE4.
But the problem is UE4 have quiet large build size, and I did some research, and it is a issue in mobile game market.

I am wondering is it still remaining a big issue now? Also how many impact(%) will it have?
My market is focusing to Japan.
