Is it Possible to Scale Down Whole Map with All Actors In It?


is there a way to scale down whole map with all actors in it, so that actors’ relative position to terrain do not change. For instance I want to scale all actors by half, relative to 0,0,0 position.

Also note that there are many non-uniformly scaled actors in the scene.


no, each actor scales down to its “personal” pivot point.

You could however make a dummy mesh or anything, make all actors be the child of that dummy and scale that.

In case anyone need it, just make empty blueprint and place it anywhere in map. then just make same blueprint as in the image.

Beware: it may be called twice for some reason, make sure to check sizes of actors after the operation.
Also note that vegation and fog are effected negatively, you need to readjust them.
