Is it possible to modify a skeleton pose and have it carry over to all animations?

I have a skeleton in an A-pose (let’s call it A) and another in a T-pose (let’s call it T). T’s skeleton I adjusted to match A but there were some small issues that I didn’t notice. Having scripted so much stuff I REALLY don’t want to have to retarget all the animations and redo all my work with a modified T. Is is possible to adjust T’s pose to better match A and have it carry over to all animations without having to retarget?
