The moment when you can run architect’s model in real-time with good raytracer, without spending weeks to remodel everything, is the moment where labor cost becomes irrelevant

This day is coming sooner than we think I suspect. I give UE4 2 years of being viable for Archviz before something else is here that is a far better solution.
