Is C++ needed to use Nodejs?

Hello,
i was comparing PHP + MySQL vs Node.js + other Databases and it says that node.js is way faster than PHP and uses less resources.
Before i start doing anything i need a fast and stable database.

I learned web developement and now i’m looking into learning Node.js and now the question is, do i need C++?

Don’t mind that question.
C++ is faster than anything you can find on the web so i just learn C++ and take <insert any word you like> on nodejs.

This question doesn’t really make sense. No one uses c++ for web development. Node.js is very common there.
