IOS Game Crashed since upgrade to 4.6

I’ve posted this here…but I was hoping someone else might be having issues to:

After the log to GL_MAX_COLOR_TEXTURE_SAMPLES my game just crashes, the log has nothing else in it. Its not even reaching my game, so I don’t know what there is left for me to do. The game will run fine if I launch directly to do device (besides orientation being wrong). Only when I take the IPA and install it using IPHONE Config tool does it crash. Also if I unzip the the IPA extract the .app and launch from xcode it runs fine… not sure what else to do…
