Okay, so I tested this last night with UE 4.27.2 and it isn’t a problem there. So so far it’s looking like its isolated to the newer UE5 versions. Also, I swapped out my RX 6700 XT for my GTX 970 and the problem didn’t happen with that card, so it seems like this is an AMD only problem. For now the best workaround seems to be what @Ahivo suggested and just to stretch the small window to fill the majority of the screen until this problem gets properly fixed by the devs.
