InstancedStaticMesh gets darker the larger it's scaled.

I have a blueprint with an instanced static mesh in it which is scaled based on the size of a vector that the player chooses. This works just fine, and on normal static mesh everything looks fine. But if I used an instancedstaticmesh as I would like, the larger it’s scaled the darker it get’s till it gets to the shadow darkness.
