Install Unreal Engine offline? Choose installation drive?

  1. How to install Unreal Engine offline i.e. without downloading it every time? It’s a waste of time and bandwidth.
  2. UE won’t update on my main desktop PC because there is insufficient space on the system drive (C:). How can I install it on a different drive? Epic Games Launcher is installed on E:.

  2. As I said above, I have already installed the Epic Games Launcher on E:. But it installed UE on C:. I need UE to be installed on E:.
