The forums operate with a ‘trust level’ system, upon signing up you’ll be a ‘new user’, once your trust level increases to the next ‘level’ you’ll have access to the sub-category of the forums that houses the project file link. Don’t worry though, it doesn’t take too many interactions on the forums to be increased automatically to the next trust level!
