Increasing Temporal Samples will always cause lighting changes on MRQ rendered foliage

Hello. I’ve been dealing with this issue for months now, and have tried dozens of things to no avail. What happens is in most cases, increasing the Temporal sample count will give me render issues in MRQ, so I have to leave it at the default of 1. In this case, my PCG foliage changes lighting every few frames. What I’ve been doing to fix it is never touch the Temporal samples, but every tutorial on earth recommends playing with values higher than 1.

My specs are:
UE 5.3
Lumen and virtual shadow maps
No console variables
No WPO evaluate
Default AA, TAA, TSR, Override or no override. I just cannot touch Temporal samples.

Has anyone encountered the same issue? I found similar threads, but no solutions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
