I have a level with jump pads that catapult players and bots large distances around the map. I’m trying to get bots with some simple AI to work with the jump pads. I setup some nav links on the jump pads and on the destination in the hope that they’d use the nav link and walk onto the jump pad.
This actually works great. However some of the jumps are quite large, and if I increase the distance between the nav link nodes the path eventually breaks. It’s as though there is some limit to the distance a nav link can cover. When the path breaks obivously bots wont use the nav link any more.
Is there some way I can increase this nav link distance? Even in C++?
