In need of a PC build that can run UE4 smoothly

Hello ,

My name is Edwin and I’m here to ask the community , Can you make a PC build for me ? it wont cost you anything but a few minutes .

I’m looking for a 400-500 dollar PC that can compile shaders quickly and just run the engine smoothly…
Settings that I want UE4 to run in the PC :
Close View/Render distance
Medium Antialiasing
High Effects
Medium Post processing
medium Shadow
High textures
Medium/High Materials

Frame rate : close to 60fps
