any “offers” are done on a case by case basis and in private. That is none of your business, if you are not offering to help. Any Revenue percentages are made because their is an expectation of getting paid, hence the term “rev-share” ergo, share “revenue” once the game gets completed.

Qualification list? Like any job paid, rev-share, or otherwise, that individual needs to have inherent set of skills needed to complete a task. Kind of expected requirement I would imagine. Else why would I hire them on the expectation of not being able to do that given task to completion?

My “work history” is none of your concern. Once again I offer my portfolio to them to review, as well as my work history if requested during the “interview” process. All are viewable in the open. All transparent. However, this a private matter between me and the potential candidate I am speaking to. Not you.
as far as my requirements I am very lenient and loose with my expectations and make sure the person’s puts their main job first my project second as long as they can finish their work. Otherwise why are we doing this?
Anyways, with that being said. I made a post detailing my needs, and anything further will be openly discussed with that interested candidate. If we match well, schedule, skill set, experience etc. Then I send a valid contract to them to sign, so as to protect myself and them legally.
I have no out of range expectations, I know my chances, this is why I am putting the work in, I have worked on a few rev-share projects in the past without issue along with main stream jobs. I keep my expectations in check and grounded. I make no demands on an individual I can’t match myself.
