Impossible to create FP_FirstPerson and FP_FirstPersonBP, on both Blueprint Feature and C++ Feature

Greetings community,
Trying to add First Person to clean project, it gives error:
Failed to import FP_FirstPersonBP
Failed to create asset /Game/FP_FirstPersonBP

Tried reinstall unreal engine, twice, on clean version and clean blank template, version 4.24.1
