Importing Squash deformer

Hi guys, I need some help: I have a rigged character on Maya with an animated squash deformer on the mesh. I tried to import the fbx animation into UE4, but it doesn’t read the mesh deformations.

I created the squash deformer and connected Factor attribute to an attribute I created on the root_ctrl, so I can manage it on the control.

Is there a way to make it work on UE4?

Fbx is not compatible with nonlinear deformers. Youll need to either bake that to a morph target or bones.
