Importing huge meshes, with different textures.

Maybe try to export all the house in one FBX/OBJ and on importing in UE4, uncheck “Combine mesh”, so you keep all meshes separated. And no, in the engine, select all the meshes parts then grab and drop it on your scene, so all the parts keep placing at the same position than is was in Blender but they are still separated.
