Importing Civil 3D surfaces - Dynamic Updates

I was wondering if Unreal Editor can import dynamically linked surfaces that have been created in Civil 3D? I currently use Civil View in 3ds Max and can import surfaces via a “.vsp3d” file that has been created in Civil 3D, whenever there is a design change in Civil 3D I can update it in 3ds max easily. Is this something that Unreal may feature in the future?
