Implement SplineActor From UE3 Source to UE4?

I don’t have the UE3 Source but i think its possible to implement SplineActor in UE4 by using that.
Is there anyone that have UE3 Source and implement this actor?

One of the UE4 developers in a thread says that thay are adding a feature to Blueprints that we can create something like SplineActor but i need this actor as soon as possible.
