Im not able to replicate 3rd Person Template Camera

I seriously have no idea how to name this:

In the third person template everything works great, but when I try to make a third person camera in an empty project the character mesh rotates up and down. His feet are not pinned to the ground like they should, its like the mesh follows the camera

I hope someone understands me lol
How do I change this? I want it to work normal

I tried things like checking/unchecking the “use controller rotation pitch, etc” But nowhere near the 2rd Person Template, Im sure its just a configuration thing but I cant find it
