IKinema vs Blender For Fbx Problem

It is a known problem that Blender has some fbx problems when it comes to rigged models from blender to ue4. My question is: Does it solve our problem if we would use Ikinema webanimate instead of Blender? I mean if we use blender for only modeling and the whole remaining rigging proccess will be completed in ikinema. I am noob and this is probably a noob question. Thank you for your help.
