Not sure if I should use 3rd person, Vehicle or advanced Vehicle?
It really depends on how much work you want to do yourself and how complex you want the motorcycle mechanics to do. That said, personally I would use the advanced vehicle. Camera changes are generally easy to do and the AV template seems to just be the vehicle template with some bips and bobs added on (someone correct me if I am wrong, I have never used either myself). You wouldn’t have to use all those upgrades if you didn’t want to, and it would be faster than creating them from scratch if you do want to use them.
