I need some help here! :D [UV Mapping]

Hello guys,

I’ve been searching for a solution for a long time but still haven’t found a good one.

Let’s say I have a model made in 3ds Max and I just finished it. How do I make a good UV for painting in Substance?

If I make an UV Map - Box then go to Unwrap UV, my texture map goes crazy and little pieces of texture are separated as triangles all over the UV Map. How do I make a good UV?
