Attached a screen grab of this overlay that appeared when I errantly clicked on some menu option in the editor. The overlay only appears in PIE; and it goes away if you open the console and start typing anything; or background the editor, returning as soon as you close the console or foreground the app.
Restarting the editor seemed to get rid of it. Looks like a list of named colors and their specs.
