I don't know what happened, but now I can't create anything. Is there a way to fix it?

I just looks like an empty level, or the lights are missing. I can see stuff in the world outliner ( top right ).

Have you just tried a new level? ( file → new )

I’ve tried starting a new level, and even deleted and re-installed Unreal Engine, but nothings changed.
