Thank you for reaching out in the community. For Twinmotion 2023.1, please ensure that you are using the 5.1.1 version of the SketchUp Datasmith plugin(compatible with Twinmotion 2023.1 and SketchUp Pro 2019-2022) available here: Datasmith Exporter for SketchUp Pro

If you are using a previous version of the plugin, be sure to uninstall this before installing the newer version. We'll have install/uninstall instructions for the SketchUp plugin available here:

If you are using the 5.1.1 plugin, and are not seeing your model in the viewport, it may be helpful to use the "F" hotkey to focus on the selection, in case the model may be out of the camera's view on import.
