I can't install UE4

I have downloaded Epic Game Launcher, and when i go to Unreal Engine, Library and press install but it says Please wait… and won’t continue. Thanks for helping

We may need more information on this before we can provide any answers to your question. For example, here is some possibly useful information for us to know:

  • How long have you waited when the Epic Games Launcher displayed ‘Please Wait’, while trying to install UE4? If you are not sure, can you provide an approximate time?
  • Do you have a persistent internet connection?
  • Are you experiencing any internet connection issues?
  • Etc.

I have waited ,em like an hour an it just show Please wait… and I can’t download it please help me

And also I have close apps like Steam so it can’t download or use connection.

Nevermind that cause it worked just fine on my brother’s house’s net. Thz for the help though.
