I cannot package any project in my pc. It gives me the same error log in every project.

Here is the log from my project when I tried to package it. I tried creating a new 3rd person project and package it, but it also gave me the same error. I am kind of new to Unreal Engine 5, so I do not understand what the problem is here. Can anyone help me?
