I am trying to create underwater fishing system... Help plz?

Hello,
I am trying to create underwater fishing system. It should basicaly work like this: “You control submarine and once you are close enough to fish you can press button and harpoon (cable) will hit the fish and move it players submarine.”
Right know I am using PawnSensing sight, then I cast to fish, connect end part of cable to it. (this part works). But then I have set up move component node and set target to arrow (inside my player blueprint) doesnt work for some reason, the fish always try to return to different coordinates.

Are you get the world coordinates of the arrow for this fish? ( I’m wondering if you have relative coords ).
