Hww to draw a line along all edged of a mesh?


I currently have a hex grid, that consists of single meshes. I want to render an outline of each individual hex, using a material. I found some tutorials, that draw an outline of an mesh, but how can I make a material to draw each edge of a mesh in a thick line?

Well I solved, by just exporting the UVs and creating a texture that only draws the edges of the mesh.
