Huge Color Difference in PC vs Mobile Render

What is causing the huge color difference? Is it the lighting or the material? What are the solutions to this? I tried following [this link][1] to disable tonemapper, but the color still look wash out as shown in picture 2. All textures have sRGB enabled.

Stander shader model for PC is 5. Mobile uses shader model 3, and therefore a lot of things you might use in the material editor won’t work.
