HTML5 High density mesh render

I’m trying to Troubleshoot some mesh rendering issues i’m running into when I’m generating a HTML5 file, see image.

I am trying to render high density meshes. The rectangle on the Left have 400,000 triangles and the rectangle on the right has 100,000 triangles. Things that I need to render are in the 200k to 1.5m range.

First question is is it even possible to render things that high in HTML5? Are there any settings that I can tweak to allow the static meshes to render? I am not concerned with waiting times just the ability for this to happen.
