How would I go about creating a shooting star on my skybox?

Hi im trying to create a space skybox that will have shooting stars every so ofter,
My question is how to I get the particle to look like a shooting star, shoot every so ofter [timed event] to make it look like there is a shooting star.
Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
Cant find anything on the internet relating to shooting stars in UE4

i would make a spawning emitter in front of the skybox, but far enough away from the player.
there are lots of examples and marketplace packs for such effecs that have a light particle and a trail following it and fading by distance. just look at the epic samples.
