How to use Runtime Asset Cache

I posted this (Using Runtime Asset Cache - UE4 AnswerHub) on answerhub but it had no answers :frowning:

With the release of version 4.9, the Runtime Asset Cache was presented, with a small description and screenshot of a setup of the nodes. However it seems something is missing or there is something I do not really understand, because I do not know how to start.

Any clues?
