How to synchronize two animations for seperate skeletal meshes.

As the title suggests, I have a question regarding the situation.
I have an animation montage that plays after a particular event.
Specifically, an archer firing an arrow, but I’ll include a separate bow model with its animations.
So, is it possible to synch the two animations so that when the exact frame that the bow is going back to a straight shape is played at the same frame that the archer is
“releasing” the arrow?

I can probably do this more crudely, but I wondered if I could be precise somehow.

I appreciate any help you can provide.
