create a control rig BP(Blueprint) and an AnimInterface BP

In ABP Anim Graph create a control rig node and set the CRBP which just created, then connect the input pose and output

In CRBP, create “Set Transform - Bone” node, and most important thing is, uncheck the property “Propagate to Children” !!!
