How to package a blueprint only project for IOS using windows PC?

I have gone through the UE4 docs on this but when I try to package for IOS on windows 10 a web page opens with a UE4 page 404 error:


I have my provisioning profile and certificate in order as i have packaged successfully on my Mac before but i am getting tired of bringing my windows project over to mac every time to package just for IOS…

Is it not possible to use Windows to package for IOS as well?
