How to move a pawn`(Plane) like this?

how is this movement made?

I know how to move my plane, but it’s like locked to the center of my screen and if i move it right or left, it moves with the screen and the pawn is always in the center.

In this video the crosshair is always in the middle but the pawn moves.

Do i need to make the crosshair a character and the plane a moving actor? So the crosshair is always in the center and the actor is moving around it?

I made it, i’m able to roll the plane mesh without rolling the viewport/screen, only the plane mesh.
Now my issue is that i can’t roll it smoothly and somehow interp to doesn’t work.

The plane can strafe and it rolls bit weird :x
