How to make progress bar bigger/smaller

How can I make something similar to this?:

I now have a progress bar that stays the same size no matter how much health I have, how can I make the progress bar small with a little health, and make it bigger the more health you have?

I just used a bigger progress bar and used for example half of it when you have a small amount of HP, and 80% when you have more HP
