In my project i am trying to make a movable cylinder and another static one ,but when compiling an error occur refusing to be a static object ,so when converting it to movable both of the objects move together … any help?
Maybe the mover is parent to the other one, in which case it can’t be static.
Nope ,but i followed that video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMD-z2Xni8U&index=2&list=LLioTi7r39ERLkonuik7WNnQ
Any solution? as i am beginner
I think maybe you should show some screens of your blueprint, your components, where the problem occurs because I’m not sure what’s going on. I did some tests and I don’t get any errors trying to make something static or not inside a pawn or otherwise. The engine will force certain things based on what you choose, but I didn’t get any errors. So you must be doing something very specific here.
I am really grateful for your efforts ,i am making a game which target is to make a cylinder move toward another one ,and when hits it its material changes.
This is a link for screenshots,Thanks a lot.
can you post to somewhere that we don’t have to sign up for? Like imgur. Or straight to the thread.
Yeah, sorry, I agree, post the images somewhere directly view-able. You can simply attach them using the forum as well, no need to have an elaborate download with logins and stuff.
