How to lock player position to skysphere?

I’m trying to create a rendered to infinity background that is always in the same position regardless of where the player is or their rotation (so rotates with the player) and am thinking if I lock the player position to the skysphere so they move relatively at a fixed distance and rotation I might be able to solve my problem?

But how would I do this?
